Open level classes are a mix of new and continuing students - beginners are always welcome. In all classes each student’s unique abilities and limitations are deeply respected and honored. Poses are modified as needed to optimally benefit each participant. Our method blends the science of biomechanics with an open-hearted uplifting philosophy. Learn to look for the good in yourself and others, as you enjoy a dynamic practice.

Anyone looking for a strong practice will enjoy increasing core strength, enhancing flexibility, agility, balance and mental focus with this fun and energetic practice.
Yoga Essentials
Thursdays 6:00 - 7:30 pm
For those new to yoga, or new to this system, our method offers Universal Principles of Alignment that are an invaluable aid to learning the postures, deepening our understanding of the body, and developing a yoga practice that is safe, joyful, therapeutic, and fun! Learn the essentials for a rewarding practice
