What should I wear to class?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows unrestricted movement. Clothing that does not obscure alignment is optimal. Bare feet are required.

 

Zoom Students

You will need a yoga sticky mat, strap or soft belt, yoga block (2 blocks are even better), 1 or 2 blankets or large towels and a tennis ball or therapy ball. If you are local we can help you out with a free tennis ball or two!

 

Do I have to register?

Mail in or email registration is required. Walk-ins are not offered at this time. Once we receive your registration documentation form and payment, we will notify you via e-mail.

 

How can I make up a missed session?

Please schedule make ups for missed classes before the end of the current session.

 

How can I get a refund?

Please make your refund request by the end of the 2nd week of classes. Refunds will be prorated after the first week minus a $10 fee.

We only gather information we need to serve you better and will not - without your consent - sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement except in cases where in good faith we believe that the law requires us to do so, it is necessary to protect Yoga House's rights and/or property, or if circumstances necessitate acting to protect the personal safety of staff or of the public.
