Open Level

Open level classes are a mix of new and continuing students - beginners are always welcome. In all classes each studentís unique abilities and limitations are deeply respected and honored. Poses are modified as needed to optimally benefit each participant. Our method blends the science of biomechanics with an open-hearted uplifting philosophy. Learn to look for the good in yourself and others, as you enjoy a dynamic practice.

Yoga Essentials

For those new to yoga, or new to this system, Our method offers Universal Principles of Alignment that are an invaluable aid to learning the postures, deepening our understanding of the body, and developing a yoga practice that is safe, joyful, therapeutic, and fun! Learn the essentials for a rewarding practice.

Yoga Happy Hour

One sweet hour of gentle postures, breath, and some delicious restoratives. Relax in our peaceful setting with the soft glow of candles, and feel your stress melt away. Therapeutic issues are easily addressed in this slower paced class.

Yoga for Athletes and More!

Anyone looking for a strong practice will enjoy increasing core strength, enhancing flexibility, agility, balance and mental focus with this fun and energetic practice.

Rise and Shine!

We begin by candlelight, watch the sun rise over the treetops, and end in the full light of the new day. Join us for a mixed level practice to start the day in the most auspicious way.
